The facilitator who has done the interior work will set the field for the participants and help them learn the way into that deeper territory through disciplined personal practice.
Our Engagements for Facilitator Development focus fundamentally on the ‘Being’ of a Facilitator. In this, we take a close look at who do we need to BE, to be effective facilitators of Leadership Transformation. This is conducted in an experiential manner through various reflective/ active approaches over a period of 3-6 months depending on the need of the organization.
The Initiative is based on Ontology, the study of Being and is inspired by the work of many luminaries in this field like Werner Erhard, Fernando Flores, Julio Olalla, Humberto Maturana, Martin Heidegger and others.
Additionally we use simple distinctions of Nonviolent Communication to embed the deeper motivators of facilitation and practices of Somatics to ground and embody the learnings.
